blocked shower drain flooded bathroom
the location was good and quite central.
the shower drain was fully blocked. i was unable to have a shower in the morning and the bathroom completely flooded.

The staff were helpful . Their assistance greatly enhanced my stay. I found the location very convenient for exploring local attractions (everything was nearby!). The room had sufficient space and contained all necessary amenities. I thought parking on-site was straightforward and convenient.
The room decor could benefit from some updating to feel more current.

central location friendly staff public transport
The location is super. It is central and close to shops. Public transport is also near. There are fewer steps from the beach. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed being close to everything.
The provided internet access was not fast. I could not read my emails.

The room was clean. It also felt comfortable. There was a kettle offering plenty of coffee and tea. The room included fresh towels and toiletries, a great and unexpected addition.

The location proved convenient near local spots. I noticed the ferry passing from my room, a pleasant surprise. I found the space relaxing. The staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness.
The toilet door in my room was not lockable. Another guest used it during the night.

The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions.
I found the room's cleanliness lacking, with visible dust accumulation on surfaces. The toilet door in my room did not lock properly. This impacted my sense of privacy. the shower was somewhat unpleasant. The heater looked unsafe.
